Transcendeam has found itself asking the following questions; “How can our team consistently find another gear? How can we increase our productivity? How do we access the potential we know is within us and those around us?” You might be asking the same of yourself and your teams.
The ingenuity and inventiveness of our fellow humans when their capacity and knowledge is unlocked and unleashed is truly something to marvel. Highly interdependent teams are the key to an abundant future. And yet, 67% of employees reported being disengaged from their work (Gallup, “The State”). Humanity and this host planet are facing challenges that have an urgency for which inefficient teamwork is not a luxury. It is time to lean in with intentionality to develop tools for teams.
Transcending The Limitations Of The Team
Teams need ready access to transcending the limitations of ordinary states of cognition individually and collectively. Key to establishing ready states and optimizing teams is cultivating a culture of consciousness. At Transcendeam, we believe this objective is attainable. The fields of neurobiology, biotechnology, psychology, physiology, organizational development and traditional practices provide tools to fine tune individual and team performance states. We will discuss these in detail in the coming weeks.
We envision a world where committed individuals compose highly optimized teams responsible for designing and building a more abundant future.
